    2. Read the following disclosures and disclaimers carefully before deciding whether to participate with Connecting Us All.
    3. Should you have any concerns about participating in Connecting Us All, you are advised to consult with an attorney of your choosing, a tax advisor of your choosing, a consumer protection agency and any other party upon whom you choose to rely for sound advice.
    4. You should only participate in Connecting Us All if you have a bona fide intent and desire to give unconditionally.
    5. You should not participate in Connecting Us All if your purpose or intent is to make money or profit.
  2. BUSINESS AND OPERATING HISTORY
    1. ConnectingUsAll.org is a newly formed organization with no direct history of its own, no track record, no prior years' financials.
    2. Many initial organizers, founders and/or participants in ConnectingUsAll.org were involved in or connected in some way with Elite Activity, also known as Elite Activity Resurrected, Elite Activity Resurrected Church, Native American Church of Potlatch (referred to collectively herein as "Elite Activity").
    3. ConnectingUsAll.org is a direct outgrowth of the business enterprise formerly referred to as the Elite Activity.
      1. The Elite Activity was premised on a business model whereby a payment was required to join any given cycle.
      2. As new members were recruited, a participant would move up in the organizational hierarchy, eventually being in the position to receive gifts from eight other participants.
      3. Having received eight gifts after reaching the center of one cycle, participants were encouraged to join additional cycles at higher levels.

    4. Connecting Us All, as a new organization, represents an effort to operate fully within the law; however, reasonable minds may differ and conclude that Connecting Us All and ConnectingUsAll.org are a pyramid scheme, an unregistered security, or are in some other way illegal.
    5. At least one court (Texas) and one administrative agency (Utah Dept. Of Consumer Protection) found that the Elite Activity and its business model, particularly as far as the use of the cycles was concerned, constituted an illegal pyramid scheme.
    6. A Pyramid Scheme has been defined by various state statutes as follows:
      1. As used herein, "pyramid sales structure" includes any plan or operation for the sale or distribution of goods, services, or other property wherein a person for consideration acquires the opportunity to receive a pecuniary benefit, which is based primarily upon the inducement of additional persons by that person, and others, regardless of number, to participate in the same plan or operation, and is not primarily contingent on the volume or quantity of goods, services, or other property sold or distributed.       2. A pyramid device is any scheme whereby a participant pays valuable consideration for the chance to receive compensation primarily from introducing one or more additional persons into participation in the scheme or for the chance to receive compensation when a person introduced by the participant introduces a new participant
      3. Any scheme for the disposal or distribution of property whereby a participant pays a valuable consideration for the chance to receive compensation for introducing one or more additional persons into participation in the scheme or for the chance to receive compensation when a person introduced by the participant introduces a new participant.
      4. "Pyramid or chain distribution scheme" means a sales device whereby a person, upon a condition that the person part with money, property or any other thing of value, is granted a franchise license, distributorship or other right which person may further perpetuate the pyramid or chain of persons who are granted such franchise, license, distributorship or right upon such condition. A limitation as to the number of persons who may participate, or the presence of additional conditions upon the eligibility for such a franchise, license, distributorship or other right recruit or upon the receipt of profits therefrom, does not change the identity of the scheme as a pyramid or chain distribution scheme (DE).
      5. "Pyramid scheme" means any sales device or plan under which a person gives consideration to another person in exchange for compensation or the right to receive compensation which is derived primarily from the introduction of other persons into the sales device or plan rather than from the sale of goods, services, or other property (UT).
      6. The terms "Chain-Letter Plan" or "Pyramid Club" mean any scheme for the disposal or distribution of property, services or anything of value whereby a participant pays valuable consideration, in whole or in part, for an opportunity to receive compensation for introducing or attempting to introduce one or more additional persons to participate in the scheme or for the opportunity to receive compensation when a person introduced by the participant introduces a new participant. As used in this subclause the term .consideration. means an investment of cash or the purchase of goods, other property, training or services, but does not include payments made for sales demonstration equipment and materials for use in making sales and not for resale furnished at no profit to any person in the program or to the company or corporation, nor does the term apply to a minimal initial payment of twenty-five dollars ($25) or less; (PA).
    7. The Elite Activity's founder, Harvey Dockstader Jr. was criminally convicted in a Texas state court (USA) for having promoted an illegal pyramid scheme and was sentenced to prison.     8. Harvey Dockstader Jr.'s wife, Maureen Dockstader, is involved with Connecting Us All.
    9. Joe Read and his spouse were issued a citation by the Utah Department of Consumer Protection for operating an illegal pyramid scheme in the state of Utah, USA, in connection with the Elite Activity. The Reads were ordered to cease and desist operations in Utah, and to put a notice on the Elite Activity website stating that Elite cannot and will not operate in Utah.
    10. Joe Read is an officer of Connecting Us All.
    11. It is illegal under state and federal law in the United States to promote a pyramid scheme.
    12. There are many similarities between the cycles used by the Elite Activity and the cycles employed in ConnectingUsAll.org.
    13. It is possible that a future governmental enforcement agency may require ConnectingUsAll.org to immediately cease and desist further transactions utilizing the gifting model. If this occurs, any gifts or monies used for membership fees and the like would likely be lost and would therefore be nonrefundable.
    14. It is possible that organizers and/or leaders in Connecting Us All could be charged criminally if determined to be operating in violation of criminal law.
    15. It is possible that a state or federal agency could prosecute all participants in Connecting Us All civilly or criminally.
  3. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF ConnectingUsAll.org

  4. THE MARKET FOR ConnectingUsAll.org:
    1. ConnectingUsAll.org is a global enterprise. However, there are nonetheless a finite number of potential participants in the cycles used by ConnectingUsAll.org.
    2. When the pool of potential participants is exhausted, the cycles will collapse and participants will not receive any gifts.
    3. There is a probability that participants will not receive gifts.
    4. The following demonstrates the inherent weakness of a typical gifting pyramid scheme where the system perpetuates by each individual inviting two more people to participate, and so on. Well before the 39th generation of participants is reached, everyone in the world has joined, so there is no one left to join and thus the last to join will never receive the perceived benefit because the pyramid collapses:

  5. THE NATURE OF COMPETITION FOR ConnectingUsAll.org's services.
    1. Multi-Level Marketing, Gifting Clubs, Lotteries, Gambling, Securities and/or Pyramid Schemes all constitute potential competition for ConnectingUsAll.org's services.
    2. Any competition for ConnectingUsAll.org's services potentially shrinks the pool of potential participants and therefore speeds the inevitable collapse of the cycle model.
    3. Many churches promote unconditional giving.

  7. THE NUMBER OF OTHER PARTICIPANTS
    1. ConnectingUsAll.org has 40623 participants as of right now. Participants may or may not be participating in a gifting cycle. Participants may never have participated in a gifting cycle.
  8. POTENTIAL CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
    1. The board of directors, founders, officers, and employees of ConnectingUsAll.org have the ability to modify the way in which the gifting cycles are administered. There is no notice required before modifications may significantly alter the way in which cycles operate.
    2. Other participants may seek to sign up your contacts in their downline rather than in your downline.
    3. Other participants may join a cycle without giving a gift. Giving a gift is optional and completely voluntary.
    4. The system may add your contact(s) to someone else's downline.
  9. COMPENSATION
    1. With Connecting Us All, no gift is required in order to participate. Connecting Us All could be considered something of a social experiment, testing the depth of participant's belief in unconditional giving. Connecting Us All could collapse from lack of participation, from lack of gifting, etc.
    2. While there are no commissions or other compensation associated with promoting the gifting cycles in ConnectingUsAll.org, there is a possibility that a person may recruit persons for their own downline. This may cause some cycles to advance faster than other cycles. It is possible that a particular cycle may continue as incomplete for months or even years before it is completed. Any refund of gifts given would be impossible, as each gift is given unconditionally to an individual that is outside the control of ConnectingUsAll.org.
    3. It is possible that a person who has given a gift when joining a cycle will advance to the center of the cycle, the receiving phase, but that same person may never receive any gift at all. This would occur when the other persons in the gifting rings have elected to give no gift. Given that gifts are completely voluntary, such a situation is likely to occur from time to time.
  10. REGISTRATION AS A SECURITY.
    1. Connecting Us All and ConnectingUsAll.org are not registered as securities.
    2. None of the cycles on the ConnectingUsAll.org website or participation therein are registered as securities at the federal SEC or any other corollary state governmental organizations.
    3. None of the board members, officers or employees of Connecting Us All are licensed to sell investments in conjunction with Connecting Us All.
    4. It is possible that a state or federal agency may conclude that participation in a cycle with ConnectingUsAll.org constitutes a security, and that as unregistered securities the cycles violate one or more provisions of state and/or federal law.

    1. Connecting Us All makes no assertions, guarantees, warranties or other promises regarding participation in any aspect of Connecting Us All and the ConnectingUsAll.org website including, without limitation, Social Networking, Giving Tree, Giving Pool and any giving cycle. Connecting Us All is about connecting and unconditional giving. Any receiving is incidental and flows only from one individual to another as unconditional gifts if individual participants choose to give. Gifts are not required, expected or otherwise necessary for participation. Receipt of any gift is unpredictable, uncertain, uninsured, and uncontrolled.
